A former high-level athlete, Mario Machado built his career around strong values: discipline, commitment, and respect for others. These values are now the foundation of IMMO MAXMA.
It all started more than 20 years ago with a first real estate transaction that was meant to be a simple personal investment. This experience revealed a true passion — and the conviction that every client deserves exceptional support.
Since then, Mario has built an independent agency, specializing in both the sale of existing properties and real estate development, with a solid network of local partners, notaries, artisans, and developers.
The decision to buy or sell a property is far from trivial. My role is to transform this step into a serene and successful experience.
